Welcome to the N4 Safety Team Management Platform! This section will help you get up and running quickly.
What is N4 Safety?
N4 Safety is a comprehensive platform designed to help church safety teams:
- Manage scheduling — View assignments, swap shifts, and sign up for events.
- Track compliance — Upload certifications, monitor expiration dates.
- Stay informed — Read bulletins, acknowledge policies, access resources.
- Report incidents — Document safety events with a structured workflow.
Who Uses This Platform?

| Organization Admin | ORG_ADMIN | Full access to all features including Compliance Admin, Schedule Config, Acknowledgements |
| Platform Admin | PLATFORM_ADMIN | System-level organizations management (not visible to organization members) |

Squad Lead is not a separate role — it is a Safety Team Member with a squad leadership assignment. Squad Leads appear on the Squads page and may have additional responsibilities, but they share the same platform access as any Safety Team Member.
