Admin Panel

The Admin Panel provides Organization Admins with tools to configure and manage their church’s Safety Team operations. Access is restricted to users with Admin privileges.

Accessing the Admin Panel

1. Click on Admin in the sidebar navigation.
2. The Admin dashboard displays available management sections.

Admin Sections

Section	Purpose
Posts	Configure service positions and locations
Compliance Tracks	Define and manage compliance requirements
Services	Manage recurring service schedules
Squads	Create and configure squad rotations
Feedback	Review user-submitted feedback

Key Responsibilities

As an Organization Admin, you are responsible for:

Configuration

• Posts — Define the positions members can be assigned to (Pastoral Protection, Foyer, Parking, etc.)
• Compliance Tracks — Set up requirements for different member categories (Armed, Unarmed, LEO, etc.)
• Services — Configure recurring weekend services and special events

User Management

• Member Status — Approve, suspend, or remove members
• Role Assignments — Promote members to leadership roles
• Onboarding — Review and approve new applicants

Oversight

• Compliance Monitoring — Track organization-wide compliance status
• Audit Logs — Review significant actions taken in the system
• Feedback — Address user-submitted issues and suggestions

Quick Actions

From the Admin Panel, you can quickly:

• View pending onboarding applicants
• See members with expiring compliance
• Review unread feedback submissions
• Access configuration areas

Best Practices

• Document Changes — Keep notes when modifying configuration.
• Test Before Roll-out — Verify new compliance tracks work as expected.
• Regular Reviews — Periodically audit compliance status and feedback.
• Least Privilege — Only grant Admin access to those who need it.
