Admin Panel

The Admin Panel is your stewardship hub — the place where you configure and manage everything your Safety Ministry needs to operate. From defining posts and services to tracking compliance and reviewing operational reports, this is where the Watchman sets the watch.

Admin & Oversight: Both Organization Admins and Oversight leadership can access the Admin Panel. However, Compliance Tracks and Rotation Engine (Schedule Config) are restricted to Organization Admins only.

Accessing the Admin Panel

  1. Click on Admin in the sidebar navigation.
  2. The Admin dashboard displays all available management sections.

Key Responsibilities

As an Organization Admin or Oversight leader, you are responsible for the following areas of stewardship:

Ministry Configuration

  • Posts & Zones — Define where your team serves (Pastoral Protection, Foyer, Parking, Kids Ministry, and more)
  • Service Definitions — Set up your recurring weekly services with default staffing needs
  • Program Management — Configure special programs and batch-schedule events
  • Operational Checklists — Build standard operating procedure templates for consistent execution

Compliance & Training

  • Compliance Tracks — Set up layered requirements for different member categories (Armed, LEO, Civilian, Onboarding)
  • Training Admin — Define training types, schedule events, and record attendance and results

Scheduling & Operations

  • Rotation Engine — Configure squad rotation cycles and automatic event generation
  • Operational Reports — Build, submit, and approve weekend and event reports

Serving the Flock

  • Feedback Inbox — Review suggestions, reports, and requests from your Safety Team Members

Best Practices

  • Document Changes — Keep notes when modifying configuration so your team understands what changed and why.
  • Test Before Roll-out — Verify new compliance tracks and schedule configurations work as expected before going live.
  • Regular Reviews — Periodically audit compliance status, post configurations, and feedback submissions.
  • Least Privilege — Only grant Organization Admin access to those who truly need it. Oversight handles most day-to-day stewardship.
