Updating Contact Info
Keep your contact information current so your team can reach you when needed.
What You Can Update
The profile edit form allows you to change two fields:

|---|---|
| Your login email address. | |
| Phone Number | Your mobile or contact number for emergency use. |
Your legal name, preferred name, and role are managed by your Organization Admin. Contact them directly if those need to change.
How to Update
Step 1: Go to Your Profile
Click Profile in the sidebar.
Step 2: Find the Contact Section
Locate the Contact Information or Personal Details section.
Step 3: Edit Your Information
Click “Edit” or the pencil icon to enable editing.
Step 4: Make Your Changes
- Email — Enter your updated email address.
- Phone Number — Enter your updated number with area code.
Step 5: Save
Click “Save” or “Update” to confirm your changes.
Why Accurate Contact Info Matters
Your phone number and email may be used for:
- Emergency contact — If something happens during a service.
- Schedule changes — Last-minute coverage needs.
- Leadership outreach — Important team communications.
- Notifications — Email and SMS alerts from the platform.
Keep your contact information current. If Leadership cannot reach you during an operational situation, it could impact the team’s response.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Changes not saving | Ensure required fields are complete, then try again. |
| Name appears wrong elsewhere | Your name is managed by your Organization Admin. Contact them to make corrections. |
