Bulletins
Bulletins are time-sensitive communications from your Safety Leadership. They keep you informed about threats, operational updates, and important announcements.
What Are Bulletins?
Bulletins are the primary way Leadership shares critical information with the team. Unlike emails or texts, bulletins are:
- Tracked — Leadership knows who has read them.
- Persistent — They stay visible until they expire or are dismissed.
- Prioritized — Color-coded by urgency level.
Think of bulletins as your team’s secure briefing board — operational intelligence at your fingertips.
Priority Levels
Bulletins are categorized by urgency:
| Priority | Color | Behavior |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | 🔴 Red | Pins to dashboard top. Requires explicit acknowledgement. Triggers immediate notification. |
| Warning | 🟡 Yellow | Standard visibility. Passive read tracking. |
| Info | 🔵 Blue/Gray | Administrative updates. Passive read tracking. |
Common Bulletin Types
| Type | Example |

| Operational Hazard | Construction zone, broken equipment, temporary entry changes. |
