Bulletins

Bulletins are time-sensitive communications from your Safety Leadership. They keep you informed about threats, operational updates, and important announcements.

What Are Bulletins?

Bulletins are the primary way Leadership shares critical information with the team. Unlike emails or texts, bulletins are:

  • Tracked — Leadership knows who has read them.
  • Persistent — They stay visible until they expire or are dismissed.
  • Prioritized — Color-coded by urgency level.

Think of bulletins as your team’s secure briefing board — operational intelligence at your fingertips.

Priority Levels

Bulletins are categorized by urgency:

Critical🔴 RedPins to dashboard top. Requires explicit acknowledgement. Triggers immediate notification.
Warning🟡 YellowStandard visibility. Passive read tracking.
Info🔵 Blue/GrayAdministrative updates. Passive read tracking.

Common Bulletin Types

Person of ConcernAlert about an individual to watch for or avoid. May include photo.
Operational HazardConstruction zone, broken equipment, temporary entry changes.
Weekly BriefingRecap of upcoming events, schedule changes, or reminders.
Policy UpdateNotice of a new or updated policy requiring acknowledgement.

Where to Find Bulletins

  • Dashboard — Active bulletins appear in the “Bulletins” card.
  • Bulletins Page — Full list accessible via sidebar navigation.
  • Critical Alerts — Pinned to the top of your dashboard until acknowledged.

Attachments

Bulletins may include attached files:

  • PDF — Weekly briefing documents, protective orders.
  • Images — Surveillance photos, maps, reference images.

Some bulletins link directly to a Person of Concern (POC) profile, displaying their photo and status for quick recognition.
