My Profile

Your Profile is where you manage your personal information, view your compliance status, and control notification settings.

What’s In Your Profile?

Section	Description
Contact Info	Name, email, phone number.
Preferences	Notification settings.
Security	Password management.
Compliance	Your current compliance items and status.
Squads	Teams you belong to.

Accessing Your Profile

Click Profile in the sidebar navigation, or click your name/avatar in the header.

Profile Overview

When you open your profile, you’ll see:

Your Information

• Full Name — Your legal name on record.
• Preferred Name — Optional nickname or “goes by” name for display.
• Email — Your login email address.
• Phone — Contact number for emergency use.

Your Status

A quick view of your current standing:

• Account Status — Active, Reserve, Leave of Absence, etc.
• Readiness — Green, Yellow, or Orange based on compliance.
• Role — Member, Squad Lead, Coordinator, etc.

Your Compliance

A breakdown of your compliance items:

• Valid — Items in good standing.
• Expiring Soon — Items due within 30 days.
• Expired/Missing — Items requiring immediate action.

Your Squads

Lists the squads you’re assigned to. This determines your rotational schedule.
