My Profile
Your Profile is where you manage your personal information, view your compliance status, and control notification settings.
What’s In Your Profile?
| Section | Description |

| Contact Info | Name, email, phone number. |
| Preferences | Notification settings. |
| Security | Password management. |
| Compliance | Your current compliance items and status. |
| Squads | Teams you belong to. |
Accessing Your Profile
Click Profile in the sidebar navigation, or click your name/avatar in the header.
Profile Overview
When you open your profile, you’ll see:
Your Information
- Full Name — Your legal name on record.
- Preferred Name — Optional nickname or “goes by” name for display.
- Email — Your login email address.
- Phone — Contact number for emergency use.
Your Status
A quick view of your current standing:
- Account Status — Active, Reserve, Leave of Absence, etc.
- Readiness — Green, Yellow, or Orange based on compliance.
- Role — Member, Squad Lead, Coordinator, etc.
Some fields can only be changed by your Coordinator or Admin. If your name or role needs updating, contact them directly.
Your Compliance
A breakdown of your compliance items:
- Valid — Items in good standing.
- Expiring Soon — Items due within 30 days.
- Expired/Missing — Items requiring immediate action.
Your Squads
Lists the squads you’re assigned to. This determines your rotational schedule.
