Adding a New Member (Admin Only)
Adding a new member creates their account and begins the onboarding process. This guide covers the administrative workflow.
Overview of Onboarding
N4 Safety uses a compliance-driven onboarding approach:
- Admin Creates User — Basic profile info entered.
- User Invited — Email sent with login credentials.
- Applicant Completes Requirements — Questionnaire, background check, etc.
- Leadership Reviews — Coordinator/Admin verifies all items.
- Promotion — User role changed from Applicant to Member.
New users start as Applicants with limited access until they complete all onboarding requirements.
