Roster
The Roster is your central directory of all Safety Team members. It provides contact information, status, compliance tracking, and role assignments at a glance.
Who Can Access the Roster?
| Role | Access Level |
|---|---|
| Safety Team Member | View roster, see contact info |
| Squad Lead | View roster, manage squad members |
| Coordinator | View roster, edit contact info & compliance dates |
| Safety Leadership | Full roster access, manage all member data |
| Org Admin | Full access, including status changes |
Applicants and public users cannot view the roster.
Key Features
Member Cards
Each roster entry displays:
- Name & Photo — Quick visual identification.
- Role(s) — Global and operational roles.
- Account Status — Active, Reserve, LOA, etc.
- Squad(s) — Assigned weekend squads.
- Readiness Indicator — Green/Yellow/Orange compliance status.
Search & Filter
- Search — Find members by name or email.
- Status Filter — Show only Active, Reserve, or all statuses.
- Squad Filter — View members of a specific squad.
Quick Actions
Depending on your role, you can:
- View Profile — Full member details.
- Edit — Update contact info or compliance items.
- Change Status — (Admin only) Modify account status.
Understanding Status Colors
| Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🟢 Green | All compliance items valid |
| 🟡 Yellow | One or more items expiring within 30 days |
| 🟠 Orange | One or more items expired or missing |
