Viewing POC Profiles
This guide explains how to search for and view details about Persons of Concern (POCs).
Accessing the List
- Navigate to POCs from the sidebar.
- You will see a list of active Persons of Concern.
- The list shows the person’s primary photo, name, and current status.
[!NOTE] The default view filters out inactive or historical records. Use the filters to see archived profiles.
Searching
You can search the POC database by:
- Name or Alias
- Vehicle License Plate
- Physical description keywords (e.g., “tattoo”, “limp”)
The Profile View
Clicking on a POC card opens their full profile.
1. Identity & Status
- Photo: Click to enlarge or view the gallery of additional images.
- Status Badge: Indicates Watch, Warned, CTW, or Banned.
- Description: Height, weight, hair, eyes, and distinguishing marks.
2. Vehicle Information
- Vehicle make, model, color, and license plate number.
- Use this to identify potential threats in the parking lot.
3. Incident History
- A timeline of all safety incidents linked to this individual.
- Click an incident to read the full report.
4. CTW Data (If applicable)
- Issuing Officer and Agency.
- Case Number.
- Date Issued and Expiration.
Security Reminder
POC data is confidential.
- Do not share this information with non-team members.
- Do not take screenshots or save photos to personal devices.
- Access this data only when on duty or preparing for duty.
