Understanding Your Status
Your Readiness Status is a quick visual indicator of your compliance health. It appears on your dashboard and is visible to your Squad Leads and Leadership.
Status Colors
🟢 Green — Ready
All compliance items are valid.
You’re in good standing. No action required.
🟡 Yellow — Attention Needed
One or more items expiring within 30 days.
Check your Compliance page to see what’s expiring soon and take action before it turns Orange.
🟠 Orange — Action Required
One or more items are Expired or Missing.
You have overdue compliance items. Visit your Compliance page immediately to upload proof or renew your certifications.
🔴 Red — Blocked
Your account is Inactive or Ineligible.
You cannot log in or serve until an Admin restores your account status. Contact your Safety Leadership.
Where You See Your Status
- Dashboard — Top-right corner or in the “Your Readiness” card.
- Profile Page — Detailed breakdown of each compliance item.
- Roster (Leadership view) — Leaders can see team-wide readiness at a glance.
What Affects Your Status?
Your status is calculated from your Compliance Items, which may include:
- Background Check (expiration date)
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Active Shooter Training
- Firearms Qualification (if applicable)
- Policy Acknowledgements
How to Improve Your Status
- Go to Compliance in the sidebar.
- Find any items marked Expired or Expiring Soon.
- Click the item and Upload Proof (certificate, card, screenshot).
- Wait for Leadership to Approve your submission.
Once approved, your status will automatically update.
