Viewing Your Assignments

Stay on top of your schedule by knowing when and where you’re assigned to serve.

Accessing the Schedule

Click Schedule in the sidebar navigation.
You’ll see a calendar view of all upcoming services.

Schedule Views

Calendar View

The default view shows services organized by date. Each service displays:

Service name (e.g., Sunday 9:00 AM)
Your assigned post (if applicable)
Coverage status — Whether all posts are filled

Services where you’re assigned will be highlighted. Look for your name or a special indicator.

My Assignments Filter

Toggle the “My Assignments” filter to see only the services where you’re scheduled. This strips away the noise and shows exactly when you need to be there.

Understanding Your Assignment Card

Each assignment shows:

Field	Description
Date & Time	When the service starts.
Service	The type of service (e.g., Weekend Worship).
Post	Your specific position for that service.
Squad	Which squad is on duty.

Dashboard Quick View

On your Dashboard, the “Next Assignment” card shows your upcoming shift at a glance:

Date and time
Service name
Your assigned post
Days until the assignment

If you see an assignment you can’t make, use the Swapping Shifts feature as soon as possible to find coverage.

Tips

Check weekly — Review your assignments each week to avoid surprises.
Set reminders — Some members set personal calendar reminders for their shifts.
Communicate early — If you know you’ll miss an assignment, start the swap process early.
