Acknowledgements
The Acknowledgements page gives your leadership team a single view of how thoroughly your Safety Team members have reviewed and signed off on required policies and critical bulletins. You can see at a glance where coverage is strong and where follow-up is needed.
This page is available to Organization Admin and Oversight roles only.
Summary Cards
At the top of the page, three summary cards give you the big picture:
| Card | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Eligible Members | Total count of Safety Team members with ACTIVE, RESERVE, or LOA status. Applicants are excluded from acknowledgement tracking. |
| Active Required Policies | Number of policies currently requiring a signature from your team. |
| Critical Bulletins | Number of bulletins flagged as critical that require acknowledgement. |
Policy Acknowledgements
The Policy Acknowledgements table tracks signature coverage for each of your organization’s required policies.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Policy Name | The title of the policy document. |
| Version | The current published version. |
| Signed / Total | How many eligible members have signed versus the total eligible count. |
| Coverage % | The percentage of eligible members who have acknowledged the current version. |
Acknowledgements are version-aware. When you publish a new version of a policy, only signatures matching that version count toward coverage. Previous signatures are not carried forward.
Coverage Color Coding
The platform uses color-coded indicators so you can quickly identify where attention is needed:
| Color | Threshold | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Green | 90% or above | Strong coverage across The Flock. |
| Amber | 70% to 89% | Some members still need to sign. Follow up soon. |
| Red | Below 70% | Significant gap in coverage. Immediate follow-up recommended. |
If your organization has no active policies, the table displays an empty state message prompting you to create your first policy.
Critical Bulletin Acknowledgements
The Critical Bulletin Acknowledgements table shows acknowledgement progress for bulletins flagged as critical. Up to six critical bulletins are displayed at a time.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | The bulletin title. |
| Minimum Role | The lowest role required to receive this bulletin. |
| Expiration | When the bulletin expires, if applicable. |
| Acknowledged / Eligible | How many eligible members have acknowledged versus the total eligible for this specific bulletin. |
| Coverage % | Acknowledgement percentage with the same green/amber/red color coding as policies. |
The eligible count for each bulletin is calculated based on its Minimum Role setting. Only Safety Team members whose role meets or exceeds the bulletin’s minimum role are counted as eligible. This means each bulletin may have a different eligible total.
The same coverage color coding applies: green at 90% or above, amber at 70% to 89%, and red below 70%.
If your organization has no critical bulletins, the table displays an empty state message.
Stewardship in Practice
Acknowledgement tracking is a core part of your stewardship responsibility. When coverage drops below acceptable levels, consider:
- Sending a reminder bulletin to the team.
- Following up individually with members who have not yet signed.
- Reviewing whether the policy or bulletin content needs to be more accessible.
Next Steps
- Policies — Create and manage the policies your team must acknowledge.
- Bulletins — Post critical bulletins that require team-wide acknowledgement.
- Compliance — View broader compliance tracking across your organization.
