Command Center Overview
The Command Center is your bird’s eye view of the safety ministry. It brings together the information that matters most — open incidents, roster readiness, and pending approvals — so you can stay informed and act quickly without digging through individual pages.
Admin & Oversight: The Command Center is available to Organization Admins and Oversight roles. You will see it in the sidebar when you log in.
At a Glance
The top of the Command Center displays four stat cards that summarize the current state of your ministry:
| Card | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Open Incidents | Count of incidents with a status of Open or LEO Handoff. |
| Roster Size | Total Safety Team members, with Active and Reserve counts below. |
| Squad Leads | Number of members currently serving as Squad Leads. |
| Pending Approvals | Compliance documents awaiting your review. Highlighted when greater than zero and links directly to the Approvals queue. |
Open Incidents
Below the stat cards, you will find the Open Incidents table displaying up to six of the most recent open incidents. Each row includes:
- Report # — Links directly to the full incident record.
- Type — The category of incident (Medical, Behavioral, CTW, etc.).
- Occurred — Date and time the incident took place.
- Status — A color-coded badge showing the current status.
- Reporter — The Safety Team Member who filed the report.
If your ministry has more than six open incidents, use the “Review incidents” button at the bottom to navigate to the full Incident Repository.
Readiness Snapshot
The Readiness Snapshot gives you a quick distribution of your team’s compliance health across all four readiness states:

|---|---|
| 🟢 Green | All requirements valid and current. |
| 🟡 Yellow | One or more items expiring within 30 days. |
| 🟠 Orange | One or more items expired or missing. |
| 🔴 Red | Account is Ineligible or Inactive. |
Each state shows a colored dot and the number of members in that category. Click “Review compliance” to view the full breakdown in the Compliance section.
Roster Summary
The Roster Summary displays a grid of all six account statuses with their current counts:

|---|---|
| Active | Currently serving on the safety team. |
| Reserve | Available but not on a regular rotation. |
| Leave of Absence | Temporarily stepping away from service. |
| Deferred | Onboarding paused or delayed. |
| Inactive | No longer actively serving. |
| Ineligible | Does not meet requirements for service. |
Statuses with zero members appear dimmed so you can focus on what needs attention.
Quick Actions
Two quick action buttons at the bottom of the Command Center help you move to the most common next steps:
- “Review incidents” — Opens the full Incident Repository.
- “Open roster” — Opens the Roster directory.
